In 2009, Driss Alami and Maxence Rachou, met at a friend’s party where they instantly formed a bond over their passion for House Music. Inspired by their favorite electronic artists, David Guetta and the Swedish House Mafia, they began DJing at 10 and 11 years old. Attending the same school in Morocco, these youngsters decided to take their love of house music to the next level by forming the HouseBros.
At their young age, these teenage phenomena have taken over Europe by storm, with a resume that would impress veterans of the industry. They’ve toured across Europe in many countries including France, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, and Belgium. They’ve played in legendary Ibiza venues such as Ocean Beach, Blue Marlin, and Café Mambo. And in their home country of Morocco they’ve performed for a crowd of 20,000 fans. 2014 looks to be their biggest year yet, with plans to launch their mix show called “Full Circle Radio”, releasing some long awaited tracks, and continuing to tour their infectiously energetic live show across the globe.
Although famous at their young age, the HouseBros are still very much kids at heart and best friends. They love to play instruments such as the piano, drums, and the electronic pad, which they use to create their songs. Apart from their DJing, they enjoy watching movies and professional soccer, hanging out with friends, playing sports such as football and tennis, and relaxing from their hectic schedule
